Honda CB1000R Power Commander PC V and 02 Eliminator Kit fit and Dyno set-up

A bit of a rare beast around these parts (although we have seen a couple); a Honda CB1000R. The stock fuelling, with the standard exhaust can fitted, is quite good to be honest. But unfortunately when you bin the stock can and add an aftermarket item the fuelling goes well awry…

It’s not bad at idle, or generally running around, it’s where you’re hanging onto the throttle but not opening it; like at fixed cruising speed with a negative throttle. 70mph is the danger zone here, on a trailing throttle, and let’s face it that’s the sort of speed (and use) that we do a lot, and this is where the engine runs dangerously short of fuel. The lambda sensor is trying to lean the mixture out all the time, and the lack of back pressure or catalyzer just makes it worse. Accelerating to this point is no problem, but once you get there, and stay there, it’s bad; sit on the motorway at 70-80mph on a steady throttle and you’re not doing the engine any favours at all.

The only solution at the moment is a Power Commander PC V and 02 Eliminator kit. We bolted both on, and focused the Dyno work around the mid-high rpm ranges and richened up the fuelling. After the work we didn’t have any major horsepower gains, but we really weren’t looking for any; instead the throttle response is much plusher and ‘fatter’ at high rpm/small throttle openings. The extra fuel really helps take the harshness out of the engine’s feel, and also ensures the life of the valve train and pistons…



Lose the standard can without sorting the fuelling and the engine in this CB1000R is headed for disaster...

日,最开始那个大大的大写(A)我认识,觉的意思是像咱闽南人问人吃了吗的那个(耶,夹妹?)

又仔细看了一下,还认识个 宏达吸个B得要1000啊?

本田CB1000R Power Commander PC 5 O2传感器消除器套件和Dyno机器设置

这是一个猛兽级别的改装套件(虽然我们看过很多这类东西),本田CB1000r燃油调教工具,说实话它是相当不错的,还可以安装到原装的排气上。但不幸的是,当你安装这套燃油调教工具后,会一并导致添加一个加油顺畅性的错误问题。
这问题不是表现在怠速时或怠速不稳上下跳动,这是当你喜欢固定在一个巡航速度保持一个油门开度不放,当你到达70迈(英里哦)每小时的危险区域,松掉油门会有个油门尾随动作(我觉得他应该是说保持一个油门开度到一定时候,松掉油门会有油门响应迟钝,不能及时降转速的问题)
该运算传感器正试图用所有的时间混合及三元催化剂那不足的进气压力,使得情况变得更糟!
加快转速通过这一错误点是没有问题的,但一旦你到达那个点,油门呆在那里,它就坏给你看,在高速公路上依70-80迈每小时的速度稳定在一个油门上,就算你不这样做,发动机也没有任何好处。

此刻唯一的解决办法是Power commander PC5加上O2感应器消除器!我们在测功机上狂奔测试,集中测试Dyno工作的中高转速范围并调教了更多的燃油喷射。测试后,我们并没有任何重大的马力收益,但我们真的没有找到任何问题。取而代之的是油门响应更快更灵敏和在高转速时的小油门更富余!额外的燃料补充确实有助于增加发动机的灵敏度,也确保了气门和活塞的寿命!
